“We got one!!”
After looking at so so many houses we found one, put in an offer and havhad a verbal acceptance of our offer. It is exactly what we were looking for:
- In nice neighbourhood
- 3 Bedrooms
- 2 bathrooms
- hardwood floors
- full basement
- garage
- house in decent condition.
It needs a new kitchen and some work - which we will be able to do. we close on the 20th January.
