bonjour family

We are officially moved OUT! We spent the whole week packing and then literally the whole of today packing, while also cramming in having our broadband and utilities transferred to our new place, ordering a skip (or dumpster for USers), picking up a truck and picking up the largest Uhaul possible.. a humungous 35 footer. It was our intention of cramming everything we owned into this Uhaul, letting it sit for the night, then closing on our house, then on the other house and finally unloading everything in the Uhaul into our garage while we begin the renovating work at our new place! So far, everything has gone according to plan.

our friend elaine has kindly put us up for a few weeks while this work is going on. Thanks to elaine and thanks to sarah W, Kelly, David K, Danielle and Patrick for helping us move our stuff.
